Privacy Policy

1.The short version
Waiting Games: Solitaire is a solitaire game. It has no servers, no accounts, no analytics, and no ads, and it makes no network calls of any kind. Everything the app knows stays on your phone. We collect nothing, so there is nothing for us to sell, share, or breach.
2.Information we collect
Nothing. The app does not ask for an account, and it never transmits anything to us or to anyone else. Specifically, we never receive:
- Your name or contact details
- Your game history
- Your statistics or best times
- Your saved game
- Your settings
- Device or advertising identifiers
- Location data
- Usage analytics
- Crash logs
3.How your data is stored
Your settings, statistics, and the deal in progress live in a local database on your device, private to the app. That database is deleted when you delete the app. Nothing in it is ever transmitted anywhere, and we hold no copy of any of it.
4.Device permissions
- iOS: the app uses no permission-gated APIs at all.
- Android: the app declares a single permission, VIBRATE, which powers the haptics.
No network permission is used for tracking of any kind, and the app functions fully in airplane mode.
5.Purchases
The app is a one-time purchase made through the Apple App Store or Google Play. Those transactions are handled entirely by Apple or Google under their own privacy policies. We never see your payment details. At most, the stores show us anonymous, aggregate sales figures that do not identify you.
6.No sharing, no selling, no third parties
We do not share, sell, rent, or disclose your personal information, because we never have it. The app contains no third-party SDKs, no analytics, no advertising, and no tracking of any kind.
7.Your rights
Privacy laws such as the GDPR and CCPA give you rights to access, correct, and delete personal data that a company holds about you. We hold no personal data about you, so those rights are satisfied trivially: there is nothing on our side to access, export, or delete. You control everything on your own device, and you can erase it at any time by deleting the app, or reset your statistics from Settings inside the app.
8.Children
The app is not directed at children under the age of 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your country), and we knowingly collect no information from anyone, including children.
9.Store privacy disclosures
On the Apple App Store, the app carries the privacy label Data Not Collected. On Google Play, our Data safety section declares that no data is collected or shared. Both labels describe the behaviour set out in this policy.
10.Changes to this policy
If we ever change how the app works in a way that affects this policy, we will post the update here and revise the effective date above. Because the app collects nothing today, any future change that involved collecting data would be disclosed clearly.
